Privacy

Uploads. Screenshots are sent to our server to be read and to build your PDF. We keep a private copy of each screenshot, together with what our reader made of it, for about 24 hours so that we can investigate reading errors and improve accuracy. These copies are removed by an automatic daily sweep (at most 48 hours after upload), are not shared, and are never used to train AI models. Your working copy lives in your own browser until you choose Start over.

Your finished PDF. After payment, the finished PDF (which contains your screenshots) is kept on our servers for 24 hours behind a private link so you can download it again if a tab closes or a phone dies. It is deleted automatically after that. If you ask us to email it, the address is used for that one message and not stored.

Emailing yourself the link. If you use "Email yourself this link", we send one message to the address you type, containing the address of this site and the steps for taking screenshots. The address is passed to our email provider (Cloudflare) to deliver that message. We do not store it, add it to a list, or write to it again.

AI processing. Images are sent to a third-party model provider to be transcribed. They are not used to train models.

Payments. Handled by Stripe. We never see your card details. We keep the Stripe session reference to confirm your payment.

Usage data. We record anonymous usage events: which step of the flow was reached, how many screenshots and messages a job had, which messaging app they came from, device type, country, referring site, the page you landed on, how long you stayed, the search ad and keyword that brought you (if any), and error types. We also record how the pages are used (taps, scrolling, which screen was open) with all text masked and all images blocked, so a recording never contains your messages, names or screenshots. A random visitor id is kept in your browser so that visits to our guides and to the tool count as one visitor. We never record message text, names, or images. There are no accounts. If you arrive from one of our Google ads, a Google Ads tag records that the visit, and any later purchase, came from that ad; it receives the page address, never your uploads or transcript.

What we are not. We are not a HIPAA-covered entity and do not sign Business Associate Agreements. Do not upload protected health information. Uploads are processed by a third-party AI provider under their terms; we do not guarantee confidentiality beyond the measures described here.
