Exhibit stickers for PDF, free
Add an exhibit label to each PDF or photo, number the pages, and get one combined PDF with an exhibit index at the front. Everything runs in your browser; your files are never uploaded.
Each file becomes one exhibit. Tap to pick, or drag files here.
How the labels work
Each file you add becomes one exhibit, in the order listed. A yellow sticker with the label, for example "Petitioner's Exhibit A", is printed in the top-right corner of the first page of that file, or of every page if you choose that. Page numbers run across the whole document at the bottom. The index page lists each exhibit with the description you type and the page it starts on.
Photos are placed one per page on US Letter, scaled to fit, with the file's own name under the description so you can trace it back. PDFs keep their original page size.
Before you rely on it
- Courts differ. Some want letters for one side and numbers for the other, some want a particular sticker colour, some want exhibits filed separately rather than combined. Check your court's local rules or the self-help centre, and change the settings here to match.
- The sticker is placed over the page content. If the top-right corner of a page holds something important, move it before you label it.
- This labels your files; it does not vouch for them. You still have to be able to say where each exhibit came from and that it has not been altered.
Common questions
Is anything uploaded? No. The PDF is assembled on your device by a library that runs in the browser. You can turn off your connection after the page loads and it still works.
Can I label every page instead of just the first? Yes, choose "every page". Many courts only need the label on the first page of each exhibit, with page numbers doing the rest.
What about text messages? Screenshots can be added here as photos, one per page. If you want them read into a numbered, dated transcript first, use Court Texts; it attaches every original screenshot as an exhibit automatically.
How do I submit the result? That depends on the court: e-filing portal, a USB, or three printed copies. Our guide on submitting evidence in family court covers the usual options.
